| Mixed Martial Arts MMA, also known as Mixed Martial Arts, is a combat sport that uses a wide variety of fighting techniques. At Far East Fitness, we teach various combat techniques, which use the eight points of the body. Our classes are taught by a professional fighter. All of our students have the option of competing in local competitions.
