Yoga
Yoga refers to traditional physical and mental disciplines that originated in India. It is derived from the Sanskrit woord yuj which means to control, or to unite. Here at Far East Fitness, we teach and practice Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga was first described by Yogi Swatmarama, compiler of the Hatha Yoga Pradipika in fifteenth century India.

Pilates
This class emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. You’ll feel stronger and be more toned from this power packed class. Resistance bands and other equipment may be used to enhance this class.
Yoga

Your will learn Asanas that are contemplative in nature, as well as working on your breathing. Specific postures (Asanas) have both the ability to cure many common pains and elements, as well as prevent others from occuring in the first place.
